Axcessworkswithcertifiedemailproviderstohelpsupportourspamfightinginitiativeandensuredeliveryofdesiredemails.There

Thisarticle has been aproblemwhileauthenticatingtherequiredcredentialsneededmoved to validatethisemailtransaction.

Axcessrequiresthatallmembersof the Axcess NetworkutilizeSMTPAuthenticationwhenaccessing thenetwork.  Youmayreceivethiserrorifyouhavenotconfiguredyouremailclientcorrectly. 

SOLUTION

IfyouareanAxcesscustomer,thenyouhavenotproperlyconfiguredyouremailclienttoallowforSMTPAuthentication.  PleaseusethisSearchLinktofindyouremailclientandconfigureitproperly.
